McCully's Bikes and Bits
The sale of the late Ian McCully's bikes and spares went very well, on Saturday 23 October. His sister Sue would like to pass on her sincere thanks to all who participated, especially the Aldershot VOC members who gave so very generously of their wisdom, advice, time and energy over the last few weeks. Thanks also to those who gave, made or loaned me things to help the day run more smoothly. A huge amount of effort went into organising the event and I will be eternally grateful for the generosity I have been shown. I hope the successful bidders are happy with their purchases and get a lot of enjoyment from them. Thanks to those of you who risked coming, from further afield especially, to participate. Sorry to those who missed out, there were a lot of difficult decisions to make at the end of the day. I expect that I can now begin to make some real progress with winding up Ian's estate and eventually return to my much missed home in NZ. I hope I see some of you out there in the future.
