Sir Parsley kindly agreed to accompany the Wabbity family on the sponsored walk for the Dr Hadwen Trust... he arrived in plenty of time but forgot to bring his walking boots!

We arrive at the park and Sir P decides to accost innocent passers by for donations... He does look rather cute holding the balloon though, don't you think...?

Oh dear, we're only half way through lap one and Sir P has a funny turn!

Maybe 10 miles is a bit too far for such little wabbit legs - he seeks out other means of transport....

The bike was a good idea Sir P... not sure about the horse...??

Sir Parsley sits and counts the laps to make sure no-one is slacking….errrm, who is slacking, Sir P...?

We're off again and Sir P is finding it tough going. Hang on in there Sir P.. we're nearly finished...

And here he is with his lap counter all signed off at the end of the walk, just in case anyone thought he hadn't made it.

We buy Sir Parsley a wabbit-sized pint to celebrate...I think he deserves it! Cheers Sir P and well done!

Sir Parsley is a sad wabbit when he realises that he has walked 10 miles but no-one has sponsored him. Fortunately a few friends take pity on him after seeing this sad picture and stump up some sponsorship money for a worthy cause.
