September 2009 - France and some allotment gardening with Gill
& Keith
Look Miss Prudence, I wonder how this funny-coloured cat has got so far up our
French cottage roof
We have found these turnip-looking veggies while we were
driving down a country lane. I wonder......
...how far these stretch to, and what they are used for?
We
decided we should get some exercise, and have managed to find
a scenic cycle-way called the "Avenue
Verte". Nice and Easy!
Now, back at Reigate allotments - look at
all those dried beans. Plenty of seed for next year, though
Lettuces at the end of September. Whatever next.....
.....some rhubarb!
Just have a snooze on these nice comfy carrot tops, before
I have something to eat
Oh dear! They are a bit small
Does anyone know the name of this mystery
flower? There is a free packet os seed on offer
