June 2005 - Rhubarb accompanies Gill to Normandy
It's the only way to travel. Mind you the armrests are a
bit high.
Are
you sure this is the right road?
I
thought you knew where we were going! It's either right, left or straight on.
Hurrah!
The village of Angiens at last. We've arrived. Now just the cottage to find.
After
a long journey, some wine. But I never have more than half a bottle (the front
half).
Now for
some fun. I'll go second, so I will have a soft landing at the bottom of
the slide
Chateau
Rhubarb - my pad in France. Mind you, they seem to be in a bit of a mess
with the house numbers.
Now for the garden. Rhubarb on rhubarb. Geddit??
Thanks
for the great holiday Gill. Look forward to seeing you again in 2006!
Also grown here, is my second favourite food, cabbage. The first is dandelions.
