Guidelines
for the care of Sir Parsley and Rhubarb Rabbit
Sir Parsley and Rhubarb are travelling separately around the country.
Once you have decided which one you would like to visit you, please
complete a booking form from the link on the home page.
Please email sirparsley@therabbithouse.co.uk to let us know that Sir
Parsley or Rhubarb has arrived. We can then let you know the address
for his next visit.
Please let Sir Parsley or Rhubarb visit you for no more than a week
and as soon as you have finished your planned activites then send him
on to his next host.
Send your record of your journeys to sirparsley@therabbithouse.co.uk.
You are welcome to take photos of Sir Parsley or Rhubarb and send them
with your record of events. It would be nice if you could give a little
information about each photo - such as where it was taken and who it
features. You can email digital photos or send them on a CD to the address
below. There is space for a maximum of 6 photos per visit.
If you have print photos we would be pleased to scan them for you and
return the prints to you. Send them to the address below and be sure
to include a description and your name and address for their return.
Please email to confirm that you have posted Sir Parsley or Rhubarb
onto his next destination and we can let the host know that their guest
is on the way.
Please take care to post Sir Parsley or Rhubarb in secure packaging.
You will need to pay the postage to his next destination, please make
sure that you send them by recorded delivery so that they don't
get lost!
Please attach the travelling tags to Sir Parsley or Rhubarb before posting
him, just in case he comes astray from his protective packaging. You
are obviously welcome to remove the tag for taking photos!
You
would make Sir Parsley and Rhubarb very happy if you can help them persuade
people to make extra donations to Bobtails. Please forward any extra
funds by Paypal
or cheque payable to Karen Pankhurst and send to The Rabbit House, 8 Thames
Close, Chertsey Surrey KT16 8NQ.
If Sir Parsley or Rhubarb are lucky enough to acquire any souvenirs
on the way, please post them for safe keeping to:-
The
Rabbit House
8 Thames Close
Chertsey
Surrey
KT16 8NQ
This will
help keep their travelling luggage as light as possible.
At the end of their travels, the eventual aim is to auction Sir Parsley
with a copy of his diary and any souvenirs. Rhubarb will be auctioned
separately with a copy of his diary. Details yet to be finalised.
