Have you read and listened a great deal over the years? Are you any wiser? To explain existence a big book is not necessary. By the time you've read such a massive tome you'd wonder where your life went.

Gravitation? Gravity is in everybody. Newton's "...Opposite and equal reaction." Comment: Pushing an object requires hands and feet. (unless you're explosive energy.) Life and death? All in the mind.

I once bought a popular music magazine. Two of its pages showed readers how to understand basic notation, as a result I wrote a few tunes. I'll include one of them here and call it 'City Lights.' Not the title I gave it originally, but it suits my present purpose.
